"Work/life balance is not very good. Job demands are difficult if you have a family."

"Allow some leeway in work/life balance. Being on call 24/7/365 for years at a time creates undue stress on family relationships."

"I've worked with Cisco System since 2007 and I like the company a lot. Cisco offered a great opportunity for an engineer to learn and advance in their career. I would love to work for them again if there is an opportunity that meets my qualifications."

"I have worked for Cisco Systems for over 14 years. Great company from a financial perspective and the people are very strong technically. The company continues to be a strong player in the network. I have learned a lot about routing and data networking. The biggest disappointment is career growth as it relates to senior level opportunities, the company is growing but in a very limited fashion. Senior opportunities are limited and it does matter who you know, especially in remote locations."
