"Have a long term investment plan and invest in individuals rather than buying out companies."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Do not trust them. They do make money by purchasing companies that are successful. They do not have the skills to go out and find new business. (Reason: they do not want to pay professionals) Like the phrase goes: Penny wise pound foolish."
What don't you like about working at CGI?
"Make promises that they do not wish to keep. Purchase new companies as investments at the end of fiscal year to offset the profits so they do not have to give the employees a Bonus as they say they have not reached their goals or expected profits to hand a Bonus."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Stop thinking they are speaking to New employees who get fooled. Pay overtime when an employee works overtime and do not say they do not have a budget. Purchase Softwares tools and do not look for Pirated softwares (eg. UltraEdit, etc) as they expect the employees to work as slaves as they threaten they can transfer all of the jobs to India at a fraction of the cost 1/10 the salaries."

"Be calm, patient and be honest in letting the interviewer know, what you know and what you dont know."

"Nothing much really except for pressures during deadline..... this cannot be avoided in any project."
