"The people and the clients. They are what make coming to work all worth it. There is great commeraderie (sp). And once the relationships are established with the clients, everything is that much easier and falls into place, whether its negotiating a contract, trying to resolve a dispute, or trying to remedy a system problem."

"Ask a lot of questions. Culture, work ethic, opportunities may require additional information."
What don't you like about working at CGI?
"Extermely political and no clear career psths for those who desire one. Not everyone is satisfied doing the same thing over and over for the next 20 years. Although CGI has many members who are more than content with that lifestyle, I am not one of them."

"Listen to your employees, encourage your employees, reward your employees. Allowing them to remain employed in a competitive job market isn't always enough."
