The ability to talk about what you can do matters more than actual results when getting promoted. Overall I believe this is a good company to start out working for but decreases in attractiveness the longer you stay."

"Real location was in CGI Bangalore India. This company was formerly IMRGlobal before being taken over by CGI. The work culture is good. A little more politics than I prefer. When I worked here it was a small firm and everyone was very accessible. I found there wasn't much room to grow though. As senior position we are occupied by long term employees and was difficult to replace and new areas of development were not as many during the time."
