I work almost exclusively at the customer's site and have minimal interaction with CGI Federal outside of corporate e-mails and annual Director / VP / HR visits. No major complaints. Upward mobility appears to be difficult at times, but the company does try to ensure competitive salary & benefits which are on-par with many of my federal colleagues' compensation packages. Given my seniority on my contract, I work with minimal supervision --- routinely checking in with customer and management, but not micromanaged."
