"I've worked at CGI Federal since the acquisition of Stanley Associates, starting with Stanley four years before the acquisition. The feel for working in a component of a much larger company (from a 5,000 company to a 70,000 person company) is very different. I enjoyed working in the mid-sized company environment like Stanley where we were more able to know others in the company and had greater access to senior management. Within CGI Federal, we really don't have access to senior management."

Over the following 4 years the office I worked out of saw a 14% turnover rate, a loss of just about every perk the office had and a management structure that resembled a square dance based on how often folks moved around, re-organized or just left. I personally had 4 different project managers on my contract over a 3 year period; even the client started complaining.Office morale is also in the toilet."

"Possibly a better company stateside but OCONUS workers are treated sub standard. They do not receive benefits that they are entitled to via labor laws and many are in position that they obviously do not qualify for."
