"Been here for over 2 yrs as a contractor. This company is good to its employees but not contractors. We do 4x the work as full timers and have no benefits or recognition from management. The low pay for this area is also a consideration. The people who work here are great. The management is mostly family and friends and don't take to outsiders. The work ethic here is "He who works least promotes first. "Think twice before ever working here-get more money elsewhere."

"Good company to work for, upper-management however, is somewhat blind on what should be the base salary for employees living in a higher standard of living area. Also, for employees that been there for 5 or so years, seeing new contractors coming in with little to no experience in the field are being given a higher salary than you."
