"Management is clueless about selling solutions, and the management approach is haphazard. The company has a technological advantage, but instead of focusing on selling technology, they want to sell boxes more than anything else. As a result, they get beat in situations that if they had emphasized technology, they would have won."

"All management need to be on one page from District Sales Managers to VP. They say one thing, but emphasize or do something else. They offer a lot of wonderful training, but management does not believe in that, because the focus is on selling boxes."
