"Pick a direction and stick to it. Leave territory assignements alone. Keep them protected so internal competition doesn't pit team mates against each other."

"I like the atmosphere. There is a team environment from the Director of Sales to the Account Reps. Everyone works well together making it easy to go to work every day."

"It is a great place to work, therefore, it is hard to move up within the company. Very few supervisors leave or retire. Opportunity for advancement is limited because of that."

"None. All of the managers that I have worked for have been great."

"Low Salary and absolute no advancement or growth. HR is run by a bunch of clowns and are the most incompetent group of people you will ever come across. Senior Management does nothing and all of the work is done by their staff since they can't do anything on their own."

"Get rid of them all. They are driving this company into the ground."

"The people were great, and there usually wasn't very much micro managing."

"Be patient with human resources, as they take months to get you in."

"Typical Japanese employer, they required everyone to be in their cubes every day in order for the president to feel like he had a kingdom of people. When I wanted to relocate, they wouldn't support working from another state. Even though my job only involved travelling to off site meetings and submitting reports via email. That should have been the ultimate satellite job, where they could have saved money by not supplying me office space."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Learn some American ways of doing business and managing employees here in America, rather than forcing American's to adopt a foreign way of doing things."

"Consistent negative feedback from owner/president of the company, He knows his job and assumes everyone who works for him knows little to nothing and ensures, daily, that you are aware of it."

"Allow a little trust and empathy for those who work for you. Not everyone is there to get you."
