"You could approach the management on a personal level and felt you being heard"

"The physical location of the office was a long drive for me in the mornings but to be fair management were as flexible as they could be to allow me to go straight to territory to maximize my sales time"

"boost morale, keep sales people informed of changes and improve longevity with sales people. I left manily because of the opporutnity to work in the Caribbean in a very new industry for me."

"There are several people who are zero in terms of communication skills and at times this makes it impossible to work there. This is the reason alot of people leave Canon"

"To layoff the people with zero-communication skills. Their damage is far more severe than the benefit"

"Try to be more supportive of the Reps, and build a positive team atmosphere. Don't take credit for the sales reps work. Management in the White Plains office needs to be retrained as a manager, or be put back into a sales position."
