"Entry-level - I had some success and was seeking a m ore executive-level sales position to deal with higher level executrives and earn a more substantial income."

"I enjoyed the daily challenges in finding new bugs, workarounds, and most of all, being a part of something that made a difference in people's lives."

"Most everything was great, the only thing that I saw was the shifting of engineers from one department to another. In many cases, I noticed a bottlenech when other engineers trying to catch up."

"To many levels of management. Can not gat anything done."

"The freedom to make my own schedule to meet with customers, and troubleshooting networking issue as to why the copiers and software don't communicate with each other."

"Sometimes the long hours I have to work and travel to."

"They are flexible and don't really have any issues with management."

"I was brought in to a new role as a sr. product mgr to commercialize some of their R&D projects. I liked the learning environment, and the autonomy."

"They hire bright people and have strong engineering focus."

"Most of the major decisions are made in Japan, there was limited opportunity for increasing responsibility. Slow decision making."

"Push more of the decision making downward."
