"Most everything was great, the only thing that I saw was the shifting of engineers from one department to another. In many cases, I noticed a bottlenech when other engineers trying to catch up."

"To many levels of management. Can not gat anything done."

"The freedom to make my own schedule to meet with customers, and troubleshooting networking issue as to why the copiers and software don't communicate with each other."

"Most of the major decisions are made in Japan, there was limited opportunity for increasing responsibility. Slow decision making."
