"I have learned to grow as a person by listening to others and formulating my own ideas which have helped me to become a better person. Being a Japanese company I learned about a culture that was so different from mine. I learnedto work with so many great people."

"Look at the company for the products they offer and the growth that you are looking for to see if they are a match."

"Over time the company started look outside for upper management as they did not have a clear path for growth from within."

"TYrust you empoyees to help your comapny grow. No one understands a company better than the people who are there and doing the job. Listen and learn."

"There is no clear direction from senior management, I have no decision making ability all has to funnel up to senior management. Poor work environment and there is little regards for employees unless they are in a high position in the company."

"Improve communication with employees, empower mid management to make decisions (it only helps to improve the efficiencies)."

"Low Salary and absolute no advancement or growth. HR is run by a bunch of clowns and are the most incompetent group of people you will ever come across. Senior Management does nothing and all of the work is done by their staff since they can't do anything on their own."

"Get rid of them all. They are driving this company into the ground."

"Be clear on your responsibility and if there is going to be a career path for where you want to be in your profession."

"Never met such corrupt HR Management and such a level of stupidity of the real owners letting the place be managed by such an inept group of so called executives. Good thing the brand still has a pull, they are easy to put under by competition if they really try."

"Fire them all get new MBA'S and CPA'S , and new HR, new compliance, new lawyers to run the place right."
