"It was the most stressful, unsatisfying job I ever had, the co-workers are great but the customers and management are terrible and rude and obnoxious, but it is good experience if you can put up with everything else."

"To actually promote people based on their work, and not on how much a supervisor likes someone. I saw many promotions of people who were unqualified move up b/c they were liked by someone."
