"It was small and our resource was somewhat constrained in doing projects. I was essentially a contract sales person."

"This office is not likely to grow. Leadership is lacking and very operations orientated. They are not likely to be concerned with your personal life."

"I am very unsure what is expected of me. Very little training on system or customers. Management is more concerned that I stay in the office and they can watch over me."

"I loved the personal growth I experienced with this company in better developing my consultative sales approach, business and relationship development and customer service skills. I also appreciated the level of compensation I received."

"They undefined nature between my position and the direct sales position. This 'hiccup allowed a direct sales person the ability to steal a sale that I'd been working on and receive full credit leaving me with 0."
