"I would definitely take into consideration that in order to make money you must have experience within the industry and if you do not the training is not going to be sufficient to lead you further."

"There is really no structure. I have added several new clients to the company; however, the recruiters are unable to fill the orders based on their inexperience and lack of training."

"Overall the culture is a good one but the lack of clear communication and defined roles along with a lack of strategic vision becomes a bit frustrating overtime."

"The strategic vision and the method of implementation of processes is weak. The rules of engagement aren't defined what so ever and there is not clear communications on expectations and job roles."

"There needs to be a better structuring of upper level management and better documented definitions of processes and procedures."

"Explore the Russian pharma industry before making the final decision: it is in many ways different from that of the US and Europe."

"Vague professional growth opportunities (based on analysis of earlier MBA employee's career tracks), low level of involvement in international activity (unlike most other regions, the Russian unit was almost separated from the rest of the global company, with low chances of gaining experience in other geographies)."

"Increase cooperation with other regions: to take advantage of obvious synergies a global company like Lilly can have and to better meet the employee's desire for collaboration and global exposure."

"My bosses were always open to new ideal and new ways of prospecting for new business. They allowed me to develop and implement various new systems for new business."

"The bosses are honest, smart people who enjoy innovation so if you have ideas, speak up, they will appreciate it."

"The limited range of prospecting, we are a local NYC shop therefore it is harder to prospect internationally."
