"Give people more responsibility and authority. Allow workers the ability to purchase some software for their own training, enlightenment, idea generation and problem solving."

"Did not like the last 5 years as the company started to outsource more of the IT infrastructure, that customer service was no longer a priority. It became harder to move to other areas within the organization to learn and grow professionally."

"Upper management needs to refocus on what originally made the company great. It was the people of the company that loved working there and putting out the best product and service possible."

"It was really easy for them to let people go."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Boeing does a really good job about feedback. Almost all of the management I encountered was fine, but there were a couple who didn't care and just tried to hide until retirement and another who was a micro-manager, didn't listen and made me consider leaving the company."
