"It was really easy for them to let people go."

"Boeing does a really good job about feedback. Almost all of the management I encountered was fine, but there were a couple who didn't care and just tried to hide until retirement and another who was a micro-manager, didn't listen and made me consider leaving the company."

"Be sure you're a right fit for the job description. Interview them just as much as they're interviewing you."

"I don't get enough recognition for going the extra mile, and I just don't fit in with my current coworkers."
