"My salary is the only good thing, besides my vacation time. The hours are horrible."

"If you're an experienced manager, go elsewhere. Kohl's only wants kids straight out of college so they can pay them next to nothing."

"I don't like working for poor, condescending upper management who would not be able to survive a tough store environment."

"More payroll will equal a cleaner store. The place is always a wreck."

"I had a hard time interviewing potential employees. After awhile they all just ran together in my head."

"The job itself. Being in retail is incredibly draining and quite unfulfilling."

"It is a good company to work for, but this is for people oriented candidates with a positive attitude, and hard working ethic. It is a demanding environment because retail focuses on customer service, communication and multitasking skills."
What don't you like about working at Rite Aid?
"The location I work at is challenging and it takes patients, awareness and trusts to succeed. This location is also open 24 hours 7 days a week which makes it inconvenient since there is no set schedule and much less Monday through Friday."

"A better training program and opportunities to move up within the company."

"The store was very challanging and lots of work never a dull moment."

"Being an assistant store manager, I was responsible for a lot of things. I loved visually merchandising the store and making sure everything was organized."

"There is A LOT of work involved. It is very fun, but also can be very stressful if you don't know how to prioritize."
What don't you like about working at PacSun?
"Although I like being task oriented, I feel as though the tasks were not distributed in a smart fashion. Retail is about making numbers and money, but you can't do that without satisfying customers, and you can't satisfy customers as much if you're constantly making visual changes."

"Communicate with employees about more than just numbers. Suggesting how they can do better would help a lot."
