It could be a lovely balance - administrative work, personal selling, training and coaching employees, organization and efficiency improvements. The only thing that can be frustrating is a lack of opportunities to grow because others love their jobs so much, they want to stay there forever!"

"Store associates were knowledgeable, friendly and way to work with and manage."

"Wear a tie. Have a general knowledge of retail and managing people."
What don't you like about working at Kmart?
"Corporate did not trust their managers at the store level."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Trust your front line managers. Some of then DO know what they are doing."
"I loved the pay and the benefits, but the company asks more and more each year and you have no personal life."

"For the most part good, until health got bad and I got screwed."
What do you like about working at Taco Bell?
"Well, I was my own boss the majority of the time, and If you move up at Taco Bell, you can get paid well."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Just make sure you don't trust anyone, and watch your back. No one is your friend unless they are crew members who work their butt off for you and will come in for you under any circumstance."
What don't you like about working at Taco Bell?
"Well, there is A LOT of BACKSTABBING. People cause a lot of drama."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Don't get rid of people who work for you for 7+ years just because you want your best friend to have your spot."
