"Just make sure you don't trust anyone, and watch your back. No one is your friend unless they are crew members who work their butt off for you and will come in for you under any circumstance."

"Well, there is A LOT of BACKSTABBING. People cause a lot of drama."

"Don't get rid of people who work for you for 7+ years just because you want your best friend to have your spot."
