What do you like about working at LF Stores?
"I got to work with clients and style them on a personal level by building loyal relationships."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Be yourself. It is very important to show a company who you really are, and show the diversity you will bring to the company and help it grow together."
What don't you like about working at LF Stores?
"They seemed very unorganized. There was only one Regional Manager over-seeing 27 stores, so as the company grew, many stores did not get the support they needed."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Communication is key, as is team moral. Although we did have monthly meetings, the store manager was not very open to any ideas other than her own. There was a lot of negativity rather than constructive criticism."
What do you like about working at Macey's?
"I enjoyed the relationships with our many vendors and guests and employees."

"Make sure you are a sharply dressed, clean shaven individual without a criminal past."
What don't you like about working at Macey's?
"The fact that we had to downsize due to a bad business decision to buy more grocery stores."

"It is most important to stick to a budget and maintain a profit margin."

"The people are nice and the stores are clean. They offer competitive prices on their product."

"Be yourself and tell the truth. Talk about your past experiences."
What don't you like about working at Save-A-Lot?
"Not enough staff and no work life balance. I have not had 2 days off together since I started with them."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Open up the payroll a little this would help with the day to day operations."
What do you like about working at Sears?
"I like setting and helping customers at Sears. Sales are always great. It is a high volume store and fast-paced."

"Ask a lot of questions. Make sure you ask what your expectations are and set standards."
What don't you like about working at Sears?
"I don't like the downsizing and room for growth. Stores are closing down. They have done away with certain positions for growth."

"I would suggest proper training. A lot of associates are thrown into positions without the proper training."

"Atmospheric of the company is very friendly, helpful and encouraging."
