"Corporate Human Resources Management is not adequate. Company's buyers are not efficient with customers needs and style of the stores locations fashions of their customers. Owner and Corporate lack of interest in employees safety and needs of the stores coverage."

"Show more interest in customer needs and wants. Increase hours for employees' safety as well as store coverage to avoid shrinkage; low business goals and less turn over throughout company."

"I like my district manager and the discounted merchandise."

"The unreasonable hours and wearing a suit and tie to perform manual labor where your clothes were damaged quite easily."

"This company forces the management to think in a me environment rather than a team environment. This is because you cannot build a team because they move you around so much."
