"Managers worked too hard! We did twice as much work as the staff we managed."

"Allow the managers to have more control over the store and its inventory."

"There was a lack of communication and poor training system. They made the mistake of making promises to their employees that they could not fulfill. Not a feedback oriented culture."

"Spend time with assistant managers, get to know what they are looking forward to doing within their position, help mold them or prepare them for their next position."
