"My primary suggestion for interviewing with Kmart is to be committed to your career and be prepared to work hard."

"Unfortunately, in these economic times, the stability of jobs with the company can be tenuous."

"I would suggest that as the economy continues to change that the company continue to change and evolve with it. There are several dedicated staff that have great potential to be long term employees as long as the opportunities are available."

"The way that upper management views different things. If you are not a part of the so called group then you are considered an outsider and you are not able to move up with the company."

"Benefits and structure. There was no grey area when it came to policies and procedures. Questions were always answered. Leaders were always directing us on the right path."

"Found out growth potential. More store openings, means more oppurtunities."

"Not enough oppurtunity for growth. Many Managers were at my position for more than 5 years without promotion."
