"I love being in a position to help the people that are hindered by a lack of knowledge. It's very rewarding to be able to draw on a pool of knowledge that I've worked very hard to obtain. The only thing that I dislike about the position, has more to do with permissions on the client side: I would rather have the full permissions to permanently address the issue, as opposed to being forced to provide a workaround, further delaying the requester."
"I love doing my work, but I would rather do it with better teammates that are more cooperative and want to resolve issues then just let issues sit. I think I would be better off with a better team that can accomplish goals set forth."
"My job is weird. It's somewhere between a statistician, an economist, computer scientist, and policy analyst. I wear a lot of different hats and get to think about things in interesting ways. All in all, the job is good. The impact I have in the agency I am in, is minimal... and that's the bad part."
"I love working with numbers. It is the main reason I want to obtain my CPA license. I love the idea of looking at reports and analyzing them into trends and taking those thoughts and turning them into successful business decisions. I believe that concept is the key to running a successful business and that is the reason I enjoy this type of work."
"I love that it is very hands on. Everything you need is provided to you. I enjoy that the work is reflective of your effort. The harder you work the brighter you shine."
"I enjoyed researching and coming up with solutions to benefit the business units for best processing."
"I love the installation and system configuration and I don't really hate anything about it."
"Working in onshore and offshore model."
"I enjoyed my position and working with Customers and Customers enjoyed working with me. The new management scheme is not one of allowing a person to do their job, they want to direct how all matters should be dealt with, yet do none of the woe]rl."
"I love the freedom provided in my day to day duties and getting them done. Once complete I love the flexibility to assign myself new tasks and explore new things. I hate the stringent and archaic dress code, attendance and cell phone policy."
"I enjoyed working with Customers and assisting them in their situations."
"Helping the company and team members grow/develop."
