What do you like about working at Nestlé?

"Work life balance is good. General level of stress is low."

"Employees at Nestle are mostly content to be where they are. Being overly ambitious is not a characteristic Nestle finds too appealing."

What don't you like about working at Nestlé?

"Work is repetitive, and too executional. I want to be in a more innovative environment, not in one that I believe could be replaced by a robot in a few years."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Be more progressive. The markets are changing, and Nestle is not adopting fast enough (i.e. every other month I see news about Unilever adopting forward thinking and more sustainable practices that Nestle hasn't even begun to think about)."

"Opportunities to do different things, and the people. Mostly the people."

"If you don't like chaos, this isn't the place for you."

"Constantly changing priorities; no clear picture of what success looks like."

"Respect the skills of the employees, not berate them constantly."

"Hours aren't terrible and I can get personal things done during the day."

"Make sure you are comfortable working at a call center and that you understand that your daily responsibilities are 20% sales and 80% helping FAs locate links in websites or solve technical issues."

"The quality of work is not challenging and becomes mundane. The people I deal with seen incompetent."

"Link compensation directly to performance, and hire more people for specific roles."

"I like not worrying about appearances, but focusing on getting work done."

"get. it. in. writing. be proactive and negotiate. and sign up for benefits ASAP"

"doing jobs that weren't part of the original description. being held back from doing things by lack of access or my supervisor hasn't finished the next step = roadblock"

"my dept: delegate more. university: balance funds and energies more evenly rather than based on prestige/image/income."

"Don't go there, it is a terrible place and I loathe it."

"Independent thought is largely discouraged and demeaned. Most of the people I work with are not particularly intelligent."

"Everything, but mostly I would focus on having a balanced evaluation of people and ideas."

"New things every day. Fast paced, innovative, smart employees, teamwork."

"If you want a fast paced work environment most of Maritz is not like that."

"Maritz research dooes not always see the benefits of social media research so we can be looked down on by the traditional researchers."

"Focus more on evolve24 since if it had the money we could do much more."

"it is a low pressure job and I can do what I want"

"it doesnt matter how hard you work you will not be rewarded, sorry"

"They do not incentivize people to work harder, they do not care about people"

"I would incentivize people better and be more proactive rather than reactive"

"Liked it better when it was IKON. RICOH hasn't provided anything so far that has been positive."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"If you are ethical do not apply. If you can't kiss butt go somewhere else. Unless you are being considered for a manager's position expect no perks and raises around 2% a year, if raises are ever given. Expect your manager to play games talking about your team mates to you and you to them making you hate each other."

What don't you like about working at Ricoh?

"The RICOH people are arrogant and cut throat. There is a belief that perks only go to managers."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Share the success. Ikon provided bonus opportunities to all employees. Ricoh just killed the bonus for anyone less than management level. This makes it a US versus THEM workplace."

"it is sometimes a bit interesting but also provides a paycheck"

"If you want to grow, don't choose this company. Unless you're a bully, that is."

"DOn't know where they're going and really stuck in the past."

"I would encourage collaboration and develop employees further to take advantage of talent."

"I like that I have not been laid off like the other half of the company."

"If you are a manager or director here, then this is a great place to be; however, any position below that and you may be happier just moving on."

What don't you like about working at Mission Essential Personnel?

"Layoffs have been frequent and the expectation is more than 50 hours per week if you would like to keep your job. They ar very concerned about the facetime that you put in at the office. Actually getting work done is secondary."

"I would allow flex time and work from home options."

"I like the diversity of employees and the access to internal knowledge."

"Company culture focused on burning out its employees without ever developing their skills or knowledge."

"Focus on cost-cutting in capital losses rather than cost-cutting aimed at employees."

"Lack of vision. Lack of engagement. Hard to accomplish new things. Lack of desire to improve."
