"I enjoyed the extensive travel to support visits by U.S. Dignitaries such as then President Bill Clinton, First Lady Hillary Clinton, the late Secretary of Commerce Ron Brown, the late Secretary of State Warren Christopher and their entourage and journalists."

"I dont like administrative work. I don't like sitting behind a desk all day. I need more creativity in my job. It is also a very political place to work. They don't pay well."

"I work with the wounded warriors so its rewarding. I love helping the soliders."

"I am a contract employee so we do not have benefits. There isn't a lot of support when it comes to employee issues or concerns."

"To be more involved with the staff. Even though we are managed remotely, we would like to be more than just a paycheck."

"I like working for the US Marine Corps but good leadership is seriously lacking. You have to look for opportunities for promotion or growth but the leadership gets angry when you do."

"Be careful. There are leaders here that do not understand the meaning of the word. They are used to a military environment and behave as those this is it."

"Leadership in my organization sucks. People are promoted based on the amount of time they've been employed here and who they know, not by their abilities."

"I would fire my current supervisor and hire someone with leadership skills. Anyone can boss employees around but it takes skill to actually lead."
