"I would say be yourself. That is cliche, but it is true. Do not try so hard to get the position that you get it, only to realize the position is not such a good fit for you after all. It is better not to get the position than for it to be discovered you do not really belong in the position, resulting in your being fired or your quitting."
What don't you like about working at Covenant Love Church?
"The office culture was great. There was an atmosphere of comfortability among the staff, and yet I felt so personally different from most of the other staff that it was hard to build any relationships outside of the office. However, these extra-office relationships seemed to come so easy among my co-workers. The word I can think of, without tending to sound too juvenile, is cliquish."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"You obviously believe the people you hire are capable of doing their job, or you would not have hired them. Trust them enough not to micromanage their decisions. You will save yourself and your employees a lot of stress if you empower them instead of control them."

"I worked with amazing people and very supportive upper management. There was always something to do and projects to work on."

"The one thing I didn't like was the commute, which was over 50 miles to and from my home."
