"I like most of the people I work with on the day to day. But, being a governmental entity it is not as laid-back or progressive as I would like."

"Remain professional to all coworkers until you have a firm grasp of their thinking and work styles."
What don't you like about working at Citizens Property Insurance?
"I have no interest in the insurance field. So, although I don't mind my administrative work, it's not very exciting because it is directly relating to and dealing with aspects of an industry that bores me."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Nothing, I think for the most part the way the President runs the company works well within the confides and red tape of being a governmental entity. I think working in this semi-strict and slower moving environment of government property insurance is what I don't like, not the way the company is run itself."

"Very small business. Could get bored easily, but the owners had that understanding and did what was necessary."

"The owners new everyone in the area. Maybe to generous with discounts and collection of balances."

"I like being part of the school district and helping the kids. I enjoy working for the Superintendant who is a great leader and man."

"If you speak spanish that helps. Also if you are someone who works hard they will like you."

"Not a lot of growth opportunity. Not very forward thinking. Budget cuts make it hard to be secure in education."

"Move forward with technology for processes not just for students."

"I dislike that your direct manager has complete control of your career with Wells Fargo. There are no promotions or moves within the company without their approval."
