What don't you like about working at Sprint?
"Many--culture (legacy Sprint-legacy Nextel), no encouragement for ideas, poor management team, no professional growth, bureaucracy at worst, hegemony among managers, not identifying talent leads to lot of problems."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Grow up and look how your peer/competing companies operate. Being inside your own nutshell won't help Sprint, leading only to limited ideas, no out of the box thinking. Please make process efficient... be it any... it takes a while to get anything done in Sprint, worse than any other place I have worked. Compete or PERISH!!"
