"I wish I could give this horrible employer 0 stars. So unorganized, unprofessional and simply put, they don't care about their employees. Pay is horrible for the expectation of all the crap you have to do and put up with. Do NOT work here if you can help it."
"To all that are not long time Xeroids... This company was once about the Customer and Employee. Now... sadly... they no longer care. My daily routine is now about absurd, impossible metrics. We have in no exaggeration 9 different positions that rely on my 1. They all come up with things for me to accomplish while doing NOTHING themselves. Oh... they don't communicate with each other so that helps. Sales no longer keeps Service abreast of the forecasts anymore... probably because there isn't one. In fact I KNOW there isn't. If the investors only knew what the real story is. I am still fighting to be proud of this company I spent all my life working for but the people running the show don't care about anything except their paycheck, and believe me... my frozen salary for the last nine years is pale in comparison to theirs. Xsentive is a Joke... that's the incentive program they came up with... it makes the weasels into super weasels in gamesmanship. VERY SAD to see what my career has come to. No advancement... no raises... no retirement. Most who have, take on another job to pay the bills. That's what we have in my future."
"There is little chance of movement. Xerox is gaining market share of a shrinking market. Unless you are in the Rochester/Webster area, you have little chance of moving up or getting on interesting projects. I think it is a short matter of time before even larger layoffs occur in the IT space. Should that happen, there are too few IT jobs in this area. Those laid off would likely need to move to stay in IT."
"Great contact.. I enjoyed my experience."
"I have worked with Xerox since 2011 and I have found that there's where employees can learn and plan for a growth in his/her career. Company has around 300 employees in Wilsonville office."
"I have worked at MidasPlus since 2010. We went through 2 acquisitions by ACS, then by Xerox. The work environment was very productive and chill when we were a small company. Unfortunately a lot of that has changed after the acquisitions and now we have a big company feel. The co-workers are very amicable and talented and so were the mid-level managers."
"Being the fact that I was laid off, I am kind of biased on this company."
"Dying company that has little value for its employees. Corporate bureaucracy is abundant and excels at stifling innovation. Executives are out of touch and fail to reward high performers. HR has been outsourced so your direct 2-3 levels of management have no say in your compensation. Tuition assistance is a plus."
"When I first heard about the job I was nervous, due to not having call center experience. Once Interviewed and hired I heard that you go through a 4 week training class, I was thrilled to hear this news, feeling more confident about my success at the company. That was soon spoiled once I got into the class and quickly caught on to what was in store. The first day we had a trainer who was probably one of my favorite people I came caressed during my stay. He taught us very well, filled in all details. Mainly nailing into our heads not to have our phones out, or use profanity, basic understandings at a work place. I felt good on my way home that day. The following day our trainer was a young girl. She was with us the rest of the training period with the original guy popping in every once in awhile. She told us that we could have our phones out, just to be cautious about it due to it being against policy. More eye opening things happened throughout those 4 weeks. For example, People were cussing everyday, burping out load with laughter to follow. She included, even repeating the N word several times while reading a journal that was left behind in the classroom. The ages and ethnicity's ranged throughout the class, and me hearing those words being said in front of african american women 50+ years old, really bothered me. That's one of the main reasons I took the time to write this review. That is absolutely unacceptable and any company that allows that will not have me working for them in any way. More things happened like fellow male employees coming in to flirt and talk to the Instructor interrupting the lesson for 30 plus minutes usually. She would also roll her eyes at some people in the class or say remarks about them quietly to other people in the class. Conversations about sex and male and female parts would be talked about out loud between the instructor and the people she gossiped with in the front row everyday."
"Worked for Xerox Corp. for a little over 2 years. The experience gained and the opportunities experienced there were very positive."
