"One month, and I was given the boot. Not sure why, they gave vague answers to me, I didn't do anything wrong, I did everything they asked of me, but apparently it wasn't good enough for them..."

"Xerox doesn't have the commitment to the healthcare consulting space. No marketing in this area at all. No sales training, no product development."

"Xerox was a great company to work for. I had an amazing time working there. I just wish they didn't send me 3000 miles away for a position that would be ending 2 weeks after I arrived on the West Coast."

"I've worked for Xerox for 14 months and have found it a very difficult environment to work in. Xerox as a corporation appears to have little or no commitment to the healthcare consulting group. Each organization operates in silos and there is little or no cross sales opportunities."

"Nice environment but opportunity for advancement is virtually non existent. No real room to grow career wise, only in knowledge and responsibility. Compensation for the additional knowledge and responsibility is extremely slow to follow."

"Human Resources told me to get a pay raise I would have to leave the company for more than 6 months and come back. There is no need to go above and beyond because there is no moving up in this company."

"This was an outsourcing position from Xerox to another company. You are at the mercy of the site that you are assigned to. When push comes to shove, you may be left out in the cold with no support or backup. Being contracted out is not a good position to be in, I would not recommend it at all. I will be much more careful in choosing my next job."
