"Not a place you want to be working. Poor pay, no opportunities for advancement and a corporate view of employees that is becoming more and more draconian."

"I have been working for Xerox going on 10 years, and I must say, I have nothing negative to say about them. Like most employers, they have been forced to make reduction in work force from time to time, but overall nothing stands out as being any worse than most work places. Management is pretty good, and very knowledgeable."

"Good work environment, however, a lot of past employees seem to have similar complaints. These deal with issues of pay, hours, and actual knowledge needed vs. what they actually learn in training."

"Over the 30+ years I have been with the company, I have watched it struggle to catch up with competitors while trying to cut costs. Cut backs in every area have kept them from bankruptcy but we have gone from the Cadillac of machines and customer service to the Yugo. Impossible targets and no raises in many years, except for upper management. Don't order parts from suppliers at end of quarter so profits look better. Who cares if we can't fix the machine. Typical examples of the "penny-wise, pound-foolish" environment."
