"In fact I loved working there. Only felt timings can be little flexible."

"I am finding location Boston, MA as difficult to commute."

"Ability to grow at a fast pace. In my last 7 years with the company I have seen it grow from $4 billion revenue to almost $7 billion and an addition of 60,000 employees."

"You need to be prepared to work in an onsite - offshore setting and be prepared to work with the remote team who have bulk of the delivery responsibilities."

"Too much pressure on bottom line instead of focusing on improving top line. Sales and marketing unable to win large deals."

"Dedicated hunting team that can focus to win large deals."

"Too much emphasis on processes, centralized governance, orthodox management style."

"Decentralization of powers would improve decision making process, need to reduce layer in org hierarchy."

"The work itself along with the technology we work with. We are always working with the lastest and greatest and we see a lot of diverse networks from our customers."

"50-60 hour weeks are normal and you will never get caught up. Large projects can bring hours of 80+ just to keep on track."

What don't you like about working at Wipro?

"The work load is overwhelming. We run 10-15 projects at the same time and keeping up is impossible so our customer satisfaction is low."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The workload needs to reduce to a level that we can be successful with. It's hard to work when you know you will fail to meet expectations of the customer before you start."
