"50-60 hour weeks are normal and you will never get caught up. Large projects can bring hours of 80+ just to keep on track."

"The work load is overwhelming. We run 10-15 projects at the same time and keeping up is impossible so our customer satisfaction is low."

"The workload needs to reduce to a level that we can be successful with. It's hard to work when you know you will fail to meet expectations of the customer before you start."
