During my experience with this team, it seems to continuously become an issue where our hard work is being miscommunicated to upper management. Also, there is increasing expectations to work both day and night continuously to keep in sync with offshore resources. There is also an increasing expectation to do more work in the same amount of time even with no automation involved."
