After working for a year across 2 very different assignments and locations, same industry sector, I've found it's model to be geared more towards advanced education graduates and less towards experienced hires. Due to culture, size, global presence, steep management hierarchy and average age and generation of workforce both leadership and HR appear to be struggling to safely manage workplace morals, values and ethics within the boundaries of US state and national data privacy, FCRA, HIPAA, GINA Act and EEOC labor laws."

"Wipro LTD, while may seem simple, is very complex companies. For each project, you will switch management a lot. I found many of their management lacking skills in helping anyone improve themselves. The company is too focus on customer needs that lead to employee neglect. Their web site is NOT as simple as it could be. They heavily invested in AI to drive the site. LOTS of improvements are really needed. The pros sides do lead to other opportunities. But I felt so many times the customers interviewing me were a bit nervous and very discriminated against those that simply turned me away because of it."

"Wipro Limited has many shortcomings due to a lack of integrity and leadership. Response by employees depends, of course, on what group they are in and whether you are working in India or the U.S. or other locations. The company is India-centric and both intentional and unintentional bias are prevalent. There are issues regarding integrity with what is presented to, and can or will be delivered to employees and clients. I have rarely seen the delivery of projects as promised due to overselling capabilities and resources. I have seen and heard of multiple occasions when clients have either removed Wipro from contractor lists or prematurely ended Wipro's services to them. The same can be said for its treatment of employees."
