"The commute to Broomfield was unbearable. More telecommuting options were needed."

"More telecommuting options are needed. Office cubes could be hot-swapped to compensate for the reduced staff in the office."

"The work itself along with the technology we work with. We are always working with the lastest and greatest and we see a lot of diverse networks from our customers."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"50-60 hour weeks are normal and you will never get caught up. Large projects can bring hours of 80+ just to keep on track."

What don't you like about working at Wipro?

"The work load is overwhelming. We run 10-15 projects at the same time and keeping up is impossible so our customer satisfaction is low."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The workload needs to reduce to a level that we can be successful with. It's hard to work when you know you will fail to meet expectations of the customer before you start."
