"The camaraderie of the workers. The first two years were perfect. I developed and rewrote programs in a structured, maintainable manner."

"Expect minimal or no training. Indian owned company where the lead programmer is in India and the hour difference makes it difficult to communicate."

What don't you like about working at Wipro?

"The lack of training for systems and tools needed. When you do good, you are assigned and put on call without much training to systems located in India or Arizona. The hours are incredibly long since the lead is located in India."

"Give the employees the proper tools for unfamiliar systems. Proper training employees should be seen as an investment to avoid difficulties in solving problem areas."

"The growth ladder is a bit longer and often involves many mid level managers, compensation would also be a significant factor. Although, the people are very cooperative and generally share a good rapport."

"A bit more visibility at the senior engineers/lead levels to the senior management will pave the way more much accelerated growth and building leadership skills."

"Big corporate with decent work culture and professionalism. We have choice of choosing work stream we would like to work and project we would like to work. Good manager and co workers. Great CEO."

"Wipro is a great company to work. You will get required professionalism and adds a lot of value to your career."

"HR is not accessible to employees. Appraisals really not tied to compensation. I believe polices are for employees to make self and company success, sometimes it feels polices are just for company."

"HR should start listening to employees. Middle management is too bad as sometimes it feels they run the show."
