"no real dislikes, although the commute could get long when there were problems"

"I enjoyed the people I worked with. It was a friendly and multi-cultural environment and I actually enjoyed going into work each morning. I felt the leadership team was great as well. They knew all of their employees on a first name basis and tried to make those personal connections."

"Faronics has multi-cultural environment. People are very friendly. Management share information with all employees on every first week of month"
What don't you like about working at Faronics?
"One of the reasons I laid off from my job that the company offers a great opportunity to outsourced company. I felt I was not challenged enough at the job. The company offers a great opportunity for a good entry level position; however, after being there for so many years, I felt I was not able to reach my full potential because of the lack of challenge and there was no room for advancement in the company. While I did enjoy working there and appreciate the skills I developed while with the company."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Management should be co-operative, share information monthly regarding growth. I felt the leadership team should be great. They knew all of their employees on a first name basis and tried to make those personal connections. They should have keen observation and ability, to judge people, and professionalism."

"The company gave me great opportunity to work in different department which helps me gain all kinds of HR related business/Tech knowledge"

"Don't partake in an interview with this company. Although, the company is now being run out of the founder's house so there are no real positions to speak of."

"The company is a sham. Their cause is false, the company heads are hypocrites, and they declare authoritative control at all times. Their company has dwindled into nothing and that is for the best."

"Don't pretend to have compassion for people when you have none. You two are bigoted and racist."
