"Horrible place to work. There are so many managers its hard to get anyone who does anything. Too many cooks in the kitchen."
"I have been working with Walmart since 2009, all I can say is, except compensation, it's pleasant to work here."
"Good company that is great in community work."
"I've worked for WalmartLabs since July 2013. I like company's culture. I made some good friends there. Overall it was good experience."
"I've been working for Wal-Mart for a couple years now. Great company. It has some things that could be changed within the company. It is hard for a person with a degree to move up within the company. They do treat their workers well and with respect. It's a growing company and will forever be a growing company."
"Walmart was an excellent employer."
"Walmart had its pluses and minus. They were not always great to the employees and the benefits were not very great."
"Very awful place to work, assistant managers only care about their backs. They have an awful tasking system for which they know how long it does each department (which is always wrong, even though I get it done on time, it's because I'm young and quick.) Store manager is an ignorant corporate moron. Bad place to work."
"I've worked for Walmart since 2012 and the company has had 3 new store managers since I been here. We just recently started to get our bonuses. Management has poor communication skills and the work environment is not the type of environment that a person could get their work done. Too many people want to run the show and have to always put their input in. Cashiers never have a voice and that's where the problem is."
"I have been working for about 2 years at Walmart and have really enjoyed working with the employers. Over all this has been a very great place to work at."
"I have been working for Walmart since 2012. This is a very well known retail company that emphasis customers saving money and living better lives. Overall I have enjoyed working with this company."
"Terrible place to work, you almost feel like a slave."
"I have worked for Walmart for 5+ years starting from a courtesy associate to a cashier and finally as a sales associate. The management was friendly and the staff was excellent. My time there has helped me with my social interactions and customer assistance, whether it is ringing them up through checkout or helping find a certain item."
"While Walmart appealed to me originally because of their desire to stay away from metrics-only focus like most other retail pharmacies, they have definitely deviated from their emphasis on counseling and overall customer care. While the compensation is above average, breakdowns in communication make the job increasingly more frustrating and far more difficult than it needs to be."
"I have more than 18 years experience in IT Industry which includes specific areas in both hardware and software. Currently I am working in Key Energy as a QA Manager."
