"Its a huge company and due to its size and the number of employees to maintainee, it becomes a challenge to finish a given day task due to menpower shortage. I believe with the proper menpowe walmart can do even better than what it is doing now."

What do you like about working at Walmart?

"I liked it a lot as it had thought me a great deal of hands on and made me think to be productive and finish a task with limited resources on hand."

"Be sincere and show can do attitude"

"I really liked the company however, they can improve in hiring more manpower and try to keep them after the initial trainning is over, in other words less employee turnover."

"Respect of an individual, and walk the talk. Try to understand a problem and try to solve the problem logically and effectively. In other words be a problem solver. Help your associate to do a better job by giving him/her proper tools, support and as a mantor."
