What do you like about working at Walmart?

"One thing that I enjoyed most about working at wal-mart is that there is room for growth, and opportunities within the company. Also meeting new people and working with a team of people that is like family and a place to fill comfortable and ready to work but also getting the job done alone and being a great team player.There is also 3 shifts so that you can be flexible not only for the company but have time for family also."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"To do your best and that if your really interested in working for the company make sure you are a hard-worker, dependable, a team player, and that you have great customer service skills , so that you will be able to go far. And most of all Good- Luck."

What don't you like about working at Walmart?

"There is nothing negative to say about not working at wal-mart. It is indeed a good company."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"That keeping a good open and respectful communication with all workers is very important."
