"Too much politics. Manager has to work weekends and close the store, as an assistant position so ridiculous, copy CVS Drugstore operation strategy. How sad for a company that is known for family own and operation, now hire new personnel that has no experience with retail whatsoever to train store managers, LOL such a joke. Feel sorry for the company. Too cheap to cover for employee health benefits."

"Be realistic, listen to store managers' ideas since they are the ones who deal direct with customers every day, no one knows customers better than them. Stop sitting in high chairs and setting unrealistic goals. Take care of your employee health benefits first, since the company known as a part of health care provider. Worst health benefits ever."
