"I enjoyed getting to help guests and learning more about the store through experiences on the job."

What don't you like about working at Walgreens?

"There was a lack of communication and poor training system. They made the mistake of making promises to their employees that they could not fulfill. Not a feedback oriented culture."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Spend time with assistant managers, get to know what they are looking forward to doing within their position, help mold them or prepare them for their next position."
