"I am frusdtrated that my CEO and board lack th vision to take our company to the level is can grow to. I don't want to work for a start up the never wants to be anything but a start up. At some point we need to be a proper company and my board lacks what it takes to be one."

"Reread my strategic business plan and reconsider your stance on growth. Maybe $15 Million in profit is not enough."

"Sometime is good to take some risk and great opportunity not staying too long sometimes. Always the good thing for everybody is to listen others."

"There is a lot of risk with a start up, but if you are willing to take that risk then there could be a large financial reward once the company is thriving."

"I am only paid in stock and I am not sure that the company will get beyond the start up phase"
