"Look beyond the position being considered but rather conclude that management is truly behind what it is you are responsible for."

"Upper managent lacked the courage and vision to properly value the relationship with IBM and what it could mean for the long term health of the company. In my mind, the work I was doing was significant that would have developed significant incremental revenue if they had followed through with what IBM had asked for."
