"The relationships with my colleagues, the creative spirit of development, building a new and improved technology for the device market, taking part in the entire development process i.e. whiteboard, to product, to development of all the supporting materials. The variety and the versatility required/demanded from the job and commitment. The downside was the lack of funding and experience I witnessed while working with a new company in a new marketplace."

"I love the challenge of finding new contracts and creating new relationships. I am proud of the work we do. The only down side is the industry is condensing. So the opportunity to close more contracts is becoming more difficult."
