"At the time AlphaMedia was a difficult place to work, do to it's lack of organization"

"At the time, the only thing that was appealing was the compensation. The Company didn't have the resourses that the president represented duing my recruitment. as a result was a difficult place to succeed given its market niche."

"No, I would imagine that it has changed quite a bit since I worked there in 2001."
