"I would get rid of the union and hold people accountable."

"It's a career change for me so I am learning about being an accountant and about government work."

"There should be a grand amount of opportunity since just about a third of the workforce is set to retire in the next few years but I feel that there just isn't the drive or the structure to aggressively train/promote people."

What don't you like about working at US Postal Service?

"Politics. I just found out that a newer hire than myself was given a fairly significant project. He is one rank higher but we work as a group. It isn't the first time that I have seen others being selected for tasks. I don't feel that I'm being singled out, but it's hard to say that it's anything I am doing/not doing that is causing me to be looked over when the person in question just started."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would start by implementing more structured training within the independent departments. The overall orientation is lacking once you get to your group."

"Feel needed by company, I love repairing machinery, worked for good supervisors."

"Brush up on math and electronic theory for entrance exam."

"That it's having financial difficulties, some people are not team players."

"Save money, don't shut down so many facilities, concentrate on customer service."

"No growth, can't move up in the ranks, at a standstill."
