"I worked for Otis (United Technology) as a contractor for 3 month under the impression the position would be contract to permanent. I was hired to Improve the current change management practices and was given more responsibility as a team lead, configuration Manager and Risk Manager. When my contract was up I was offered a 2 year contract position but I was interested in a permanent position."
