"You do not want to work for this company or division under the UTC banner of leadership. Non-existent and total chaos. Company is very unstable and you'd be foolish to consider working here unless you had to have a job in the Sarasota / Bradenton area with the expectation that is only a short-term job while you are attempting to locate and find a better employer. Don't care about their employees regardless of you're level within the organization. Don't do it!!! You'll thank me later."
